Spiritual & Character Growth

F.A.I.T.H. in Action

At IICS, spiritual formation is not just an addition to school life; it is its heartbeat. Every day, we create space for students to encounter God, grow in character, and build meaningful relationships with peers and mentors who walk alongside them. Our F.A.I.T.H. framework brings this vision to life through intentional, age-appropriate experiences that nurture the whole person.
Morning Devotions &
Grow Together Group (GTG)
Each day begins with purpose. In our small-group discipleship circles, students gather with trained faculty mentors to open Scripture, share their joys and struggles, and pray for one another. These trusted spaces become lifelines—where faith is deepened, questions are welcomed, and lasting friendships are forged.
Chapel Services,
Bible Week, & Retreats
Throughout the year, we gather as a school community for special spiritual milestones. From vibrant chapel services to interactive experiences of Bible Week and the quiet reflection of retreats, these moments challenge students to move beyond head knowledge and into a personal, life-changing commitment to Christ.
Student-Led
Spiritual Services
We empower our students to take the lead, whether guiding worship through song, managing technical production behind the scenes, or stepping up to share personal testimonies. In doing so, they discover that their faith is not just inherited, but actively theirs to live out loud.
