Welcome to www.iics.sch.id and all associated websites and subdomains of IPEKA Integrated Christian School (IICS).

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and provisions for the use of IICS’s Websites, Service Portals, and Digital Services located at www.iics.sch.id, as well as official IPEKA admission portals and associated digital platforms (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Our Websites”).

By accessing Our Websites, registering for student admissions, utilizing portal services, or conducting financial transactions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use Our Websites if you do not agree with any part of these terms.

1. General Provisions

  • “User”, “You”, “Your”, and “Applicant/Parent” refer to you, the individual accessing these websites, registering a student, or completing payment transactions.
  • “The School”, “IICS”, “IPEKA”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to IPEKA Integrated Christian School and Sekolah IPEKA.
  • These terms are subject to and governed exclusively by the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. Service Portals, Admissions & Data Accuracy

Through Our Websites and official IPEKA registration/service portals, applicants, students, and parents/guardians are required to submit accurate, verified, and truthful personal identification details, including but not limited to National Identity Numbers (NIK) / Passport numbers, Family Card (KK) / Visa / KITAS details, birth certificates, and academic records.

  • You warrant that all provided data is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and legally owned or authorized by you.
  • Providing fraudulent details, falsified records, or misleading personal information may lead to immediate disqualification of the application or termination of service without a refund.

3. Online Payments & Refund Policy

Through Our Websites and official portals, online financial transactions are enabled for admission forms, registration fees, tuition, and other operational fees.

  • All transactions processed via authorized third-party payment gateways are final.
  • Registration fees and admission-related payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly mandated under IPEKA/IICS official policies.
  • Neither IICS nor IPEKA shall be held liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments caused by third-party payment gateway issues, banking disruptions, or user input errors.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, IICS, Sekolah IPEKA, and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for the material, logos, media, curriculum materials, and content on www.iics.sch.id and all associated official subdomains and portals. All rights are reserved.

You must not:

  • Republish, duplicate, or copy material from Our Websites without prior written consent.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Our Websites.
  • Use our corporate logos or branding without an explicit written trademark agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indonesian laws, IICS and IPEKA shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from temporary website downtime, server maintenance, network errors, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable security infrastructure.
