Welcoming the New Semester with Professional Development Day
To equip and develop the competence of teachers and employees, at the beginning of 2023, IPEKA Christian School is again holding a Professional Development Day.
Praise be to God, Professional Development Day 2023 has been carried out well. Starting the first day of PDD, all teachers and employees were provided with a General Session on essential matters to become healthier, delivered by dr. Alita Palpialy continued with a Great Team Session which can be attended by teachers and employees according to their individual needs.
The second day of Teachers' Professional Development Day is divided into two events, namely for the National School which is held in a hybrid manner, and for the International School which is held at IPEKA BSD. It is hoped that the material debriefing that the teachers and staff will participate in will provide the assistance and support needed to overcome the challenges that must be faced on a daily basis.
Education is a process that never ends. Through this series of training, IPEKA teachers and employees can continue to increase their knowledge, learn new things, and hone their skills.
