Welcome to IPEKA INTEGRATED Christian School (IICS).
We believe that every child is beautifully and uniquely created in the image of God. At IICS, we cherish every moment and opportunity to educate children, preparing them to embrace their future as lifelong learners with firm faith and Godly character. This is the place where children learn and grow, not only in knowledge and skills but also in spirituality and character.
As clearly stated in our expected school-wide learning results, we want our students to become:
- Faithful follower of Christ
- Independent critical thinker
- Effective English communicator
- Prepared member of the global community
- Academically prepared as a lifelong learner
IICS educators are committed to building strong and positive partnerships with parents, creating mutual understanding, trust, and respect. This positive partnership will result in the children’s positive attitudes about school and learning. May this school be a blessing to the students and their families.
Proverbs 22:6 tells us “start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old, they will not turn from it”.

Kindergarten
IICS Kindergarten uses Australia’s Early Years Learning Frameworks and the NSW Australian curriculum standards to set their outcomes and plans in order to provide early learning experiences for young students to develop in all areas of development. The outcomes and plans ensure our students to develop foundations for their future learning. Through curiosity-promoting and technology integrating activities, students are introduced to their world and taught to connect to it using God’s perspective. Biblical principals are integrated wholly into all learning activities. To provide a firm foundation for academic excellence and to ensure spiritual development, we include subjects such as:
- Bible
- English (Phonics, Reading, Writing and Enrichment)
- Numbers
- Science
- Music
- Mandarin
- Art
- Physical Education
- Ballet and Movement Class / Futsal
- Character Building
The teaching and learning activities focus on producing individuals who are articulate, knowledgeable, and of sound character, able to make good decisions and function well as members of a free society. Inside and outside of classroom learning experiences encourage and prepare young students to develop necessary skills, such as communication, critical thinking, collaborative, and reflective skills by exposures to science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics.
Elementary
Embedded in Biblical principles, concept-based inquiry, 21st-century skills engagement, and a focus on problem-solving, learning in the Elementary is biblically grounded, varied, hands-on, and personalized. Like the Kindergarten, the Elementary school at IICS applies the NSW Australian curriculum standards in Grades 1 to 6. We use different learning materials and resources that align with the NSW curriculum for instruction.
Below are the subjects the students learn at the Elementary level:

Students are provided with plenty of opportunities to explore their God-given talents and are encouraged to offer their gratitude to God. We are proud of our talented students and support them by offering various non-academics activities. It is in our hearts that they would finally return whatever they have to God, the Giver of all their intellectual, skills, and talents.
Junior High

At the end of each academic year, the Junior High division provides NAPLAN testing as our Standardized Achievement Test. Upon completion, students are provided with a detailed report of their personal achievement in each area on the test, which will help them understand strengths and areas of improvement. Students also will receive information in regards to their personal ranking in relation to national acceptable standards for students across Australia.

In May 2020, the Senior High became an IB World School authorized to offer the prestigious IB Diploma Programme (DP). In May 2023, Senior High had its first IB Diploma Programme graduates.
IICS guides Grade 10 and 12 students for PSAT/NMSQT and SAT as part of its university preparation program for the competitive university admissions process. The school is an official AP and SAT Test Center. Our Senior High graduates attend top-ranked universities in North America, Australia, Europe, Canada, Indonesia, and other Asian countries.
Thank you to IICS for helping me out with my studies and my admission processes. I was really grateful because back in Year 11, I was so struggling to decide which university to go to, but I was fortunate enough to participate in the IICS University Fair where I got to meet representatives of different universities across the world.
Moreover, I would like to thank the IICS teachers who calmly provided me with certification, as well as letters of recommendation that were necessary for my admission process. Really grateful for the IICS teachers and university counselor, who definitely supported and encouraged me throughout the processes.
