IICS Kindergarten Easter Celebration: Families Together United in Faith
Warmth and joy filled the air at IPEKA Integrated Christian School (IICS)’s Kindergarten Easter Celebration.
Families came together, united in faith, to celebrate Jesus’ victory. This special event gave students the opportunity to strengthen their faith alongside their families. Also as a Christian school that places Christ at the center of education and life, this celebration provided a meaningful moment for students and parents. Together, they commemorated the resurrection of Jesus in a way that was both personal and memorable.
During the event, students praised and worshiped God and prayed with their parents. They were reminded of Jesus’ sacrifice and His resurrection. Through games and engaging sermons, each moment helped students understand messages of love, grace, and redemption.
Students also participated in creative activities that brought the Easter story to life. They sang and danced with their friends, performing joyfully in front of their parents. In addition, they colored drawings and decorated eggs. These activities allowed them to express hope and new beginnings in meaningful ways.
Easter is more than a tradition; it is a message of hope that continues to inspire. This celebration reflected the core values of Christian education at IICS. Here, faith is not only taught but also lived in daily life. Students are encouraged to grow closer to God while strengthening their bond with their families.
Just as it is written in John 11:25, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.” Through this celebration, students learned to trust Him and remember that He is always with them. Sharing this moment with their families also helped them feel supported in their faith journey.
The Kindergarten Easter Celebration at IICS reminds us that education is most meaningful when it nurtures both the mind and the heart. Through moments like these, students grow in faith, character, and purpose, guided by a strong foundation in God’s love.
